In a highly modernised avatar which allows the mission crew to detect, identify and geolocate signals throughout the electromagnetic spectrum.   The mission crew can use the airplane’s tremendous capabilities then forward gathered information in a variety of formats to a wide range of consumers via Rivet Joint’s extensive communications suite. This platform has participated in almost every operation since the Vietnam conflict.

They also deploying sizeable number of extremely potent assets to provide real-time situation updates to the Ukrainian forces. It is also apparent that NATO forces have sizeable data downlink facilities in Ukraine to rapidly assimilate all the possible information, without any delay.   The fact that these platforms are visible to common folk, is not at all surprising. They remain visible only on the Western edge of the Black Sea, before going Dark.
