Could the Giants of Ramayana and Mahabharata be the newly discovered cousins of Humans–Denisovans?

Are the newly discovered Human cousins–Denisovans, who were ostensibly a taller species, same as the giants mentioned in Hindu scriptures like Ramayana and Mahabharta? From whatever little that I have stumbled upon as proof, I am sure, will make Valmiki and Ved Vyas smile. After all they had not concocted stories but had written down the Indian subcontinent’s history in their epic poems. Back then these giants were called Rakshasas.

Why are Jyotirlinga temples in India positioned as per Fibonacci series?

The Jyotirlinga temples in India, are dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is believed that at these temples Lord Shiva appeared as a column of fire or the lingam of light. Dwadasa Jyotirlinga Stotra says there are 12 such Jyotirlingams in India, and that every devotee of Shiva must visit these temples. But what piques my curiosity is the progressive spiral shape around which these temples are situated.
