These videos depict imaginary Chinese officials covertly communicating with the CIA, voicing frustration with their nation’s political structure and a wish to secure a better future for their loved ones. CIA had released a similar video for Russians when Russia-Ukraine war had begun.

The actual video is a little longer than 2 minutes.

The CIA posts says —

Trapped in a system that was difficult to climb out of and involuted, he looked for another way out to reward himself for his hard work and achieve his goals.
