Adeel Aslam, identified as a key social media operative associated with the designated terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), has reportedly died following a sudden heart attack.

Prior to his role managing digital communications and propaganda strategy for the group, Aslam was active within academic and student circles in Pakistan. He was closely associated with the Students’ Department at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) in Lahore, where he engaged in student networking and propaganda dissemination.

During his time at UET Lahore, Aslam served as the Deputy Manager and Deputy Editor of Akhbar-e-Talaba, a student-centric publication linked to radical student wings. In this editorial capacity, he became known for authoring extremist literature and radicalizing content aimed at young readers, serving as an ideological bridge between student networks and extremist groups.

Aslam later transitioned into directing social media operations, where he managed online campaigns, radical outreach, and propaganda distribution for LeT. His death marks a notable disruption to the digital media network supporting the group’s ideological outreach.
