Indian Army Delivers Major Blow to PoK Terror Network with Elimination of Bagu Khan

Jammu & Kashmir – The Indian Army has reportedly neutralized Bagu Khan, alias Samandar Chacha, a notorious terrorist and infiltration guide, along with a Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) operative along the Line of Control (LoC). Khan, one of the most wanted terrorists for over 25 years, was a key figure in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir’s (PoK) terror network, known for his deep knowledge of the terrain and expertise in facilitating terrorist infiltrations.

Active along the LoC since 1995, Khan played a pivotal role in enabling numerous terrorist crossings into Kashmir between 1996 and 2010.

Based in Muzaffarabad since 1995, he worked closely with various terror groups in PoK, earning a reputation as a feared and influential figure in the region’s terror ecosystem. His elimination, alongside an LeT terrorist, marks a significant setback to the terror infrastructure in PoK, dealing a major blow to the operations of militant groups in the region.
